Translating Your Drawings into Real Parts: How Our Factory Works

AUTHOR:Loiwi-Lois Li RELEASE TIME:Sep. 08, 2026

If you are buying metal parts for heavy machinery, mining, or construction, you know that standard off-the-shelf components just don't cut it.

You need parts made exactly to your engineering drawings.

At Loiwi, we hear the same question from overseas buyers all the time: 'Can you actually manufacture this according to my specs, or are you just a trading company?'

We are a direct manufacturing factory, and bridging the gap between your CAD designs and high-precision physical parts is what we do every day.

Here is how our open-die forging and sand casting production lines actually handle your custom orders:

1. We Read Your Drawings First (and Check the Standards)

Before we even send you a quote, our engineering team sits down with your 3D models or 2D CAD files.

We check the exact material grades you need—whether that involves ASTM, DIN, ISO, or JIS international standards.

We look at the weight, tolerances, and mechanical properties. If a specific geometry might cause defects during sand casting, we won't just say 'yes' to get the order.

We will tell you upfront and suggest a better production method.

2. Fast Sampling Before Bulk Production

Nobody wants to order a batch of heavy steel parts without seeing a physical sample first.

Because we have our own mold-making and CNC precision machining capabilities in-house, we can turn your drawing into a real prototype quickly.

This means you can test the sample on your assembly line, check the dimensional accuracy yourself, and give us the green light before we start the mass production run.

3. Forging and Casting Under One Roof

Different drawings require different processes. If you need a massive, high-strength single component like an industrial shaft, our open-die forging process is perfect because it doesn't require expensive custom molds.

On the other hand, if your drawings feature complex internal structures, our sand casting line is optimized to scale from a small initial batch to a large-volume run efficiently.

4. Quality Control You Can Trust

A perfect blueprint means nothing if the final part doesn't match it. We don't just rely on the machine operators; our QC team inspects dimensions, surface finishes, and material structures before anything gets packed.

When your parts arrive at your facility, they should drop right into your equipment without extra rework.

Send your blueprints, material specs, and estimated quantities to info@loiwi.com

Our engineers will review your files and give you a real factory quote within 24 hours.
